Calvary Hat

Calvary is the traditional name for the place where Jesus was crucified, known in the Gospels by the Aramaic name Golgotha. The word comes from an Aramaic term meaning “skull,” which the Gospel writers translate as “the Place of the Skull”.  For nearly two thousand years, that place has stood at the center of the Christian faith as the site of Christ’s crucifixion.
